Compensation: Commission Only – 10% of Revenue from Properties Sold (Potential to make $80k to $150k+ per year)

With a strong network of investors, we assist other wholesalers by marketing their deals and collaborating to close transactions efficiently.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dispositions Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with real estate investors, marketing property deals, and ensuring successful transactions.
Your primary focus will be on selling properties acquired through our network of wholesalers to our investor base.
Key Responsibilities:
Networking and Relationship Building
– Proactively reach out to and network with potential real estate investors.
– Vet investors to ensure their legitimacy and gather their property criteria.
Marketing and Sales:
– Create and execute SMS and email marketing campaigns for properties.
– Contact VIP investor relationships to inform them of available deals.
– Manage inquiries from marketing efforts and respond promptly to texts and calls.
CRM Management:
– Utilize our CRM system to manage contacts, conversations, properties, and tasks.
– Set and track follow-up tasks with investors.
Collaboration and Feedback:
– Provide feedback to the Acquisitions Team on properties to relay to our wholesaler partners.
– Communicate investor preferences to the Acquisitions Team to align property searches with investor needs.
Property Showings and Negotiations:
– Schedule and coordinate property showings for investors.
– Set expectations with investors and ensure proper communication during property showings.
– Negotiate price and contract terms with interested investors.
Administrative Tasks:
– Write and send contracts for investor signatures.
– Take and provide property images as needed for marketing purposes.
Qualifications:
– Strong motivation to learn and enhance sales skills.
– Confident and effective communication abilities.
– Proficiency with technology and CRM software.
– Excellent networking skills and basic mathematical proficiency.
– Persistence, aggressiveness in pursuing deals, and efficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Prior sales experience preferred; real estate sales experience beneficial but not mandatory.
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good at note-taking.
– High sense of urgency and dedication to helping others.

– Must be located in Los Angeles, CA
– Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility for after-hours or weekend work as needed.
