Requirements
Typing Speed: Minimum of 55 WPM (Candidates are required to complete an online typing test and upload their score with their resume.)

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated, organized individual to assist with document control tasks, including organizing, naming, and transmitting engineering documents. You’ll use software to meet customer documentation needs and handle requests for transmittal and communication. Reporting to the Document Control Supervisor, you’ll collaborate closely with the project team, so strong communication skills are essential.
Required
• Candid and timely communication
• Intermediate proficient in Microsoft Office—Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
• Some experience in SharePoint development, creating job aids, and Power Bi
• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to type quickly and accurately
• Ability to regularly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

• Experience with Synergis Adept
• Experience using SAP
• Experience with Vault Pro
