SkillForce is urgently hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead critical infrastructure projects in the Newtown, PA area. As the Electrical Superintendent, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing field operations, directing multiple crews, and ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance—on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage multiple active job sites and field crews

• Interpret and execute from technical drawings, plans, and specifications

  
  

• Develop detailed work plans including conduit layouts, duct bank specs, equipment mounting, and wire tagging

• Perform and review key electrical calculations (voltage drop, conduit fill, wire/breaker sizing)

  
  

• Ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements through review of technical datasheets

• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials across multiple projects

  
  

• Analyze control diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems on-site

• Collaborate with Project Managers to meet schedule milestones

  
  

• Conduct field visits and implement quality control protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical construction (heavy industrial )

• Strong background in field supervision, crew leadership, and labor management

  
  

• Solid understanding of OSHA standards, electrical codes, and QA/QC best practices

• Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively

  
  

• Technical degree or electrical certification is a plus

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

  
  

• Current Electrical License is a significant advantage
