The FCBE College Recruiter is primarily responsible for covering the major aspects of recruitment, admissions, and enrollment of new students to FCBE at the University of Memphis. The FCBE College Recruiter represents the college and university to prospective students and counselors when they visit FCBE and U of M, write or call the office, and when they require special programs or individual counseling. The FCBE College Recruiter implements recruiting strategies throughout Tennessee, the Mid-South and the surrounding areas, which necessitates extensive travel. The overall purpose of the FCBE College Recruiter is to take an active role in ensuring prospective students have been personally, effectively, and knowledgeably served, while working for the highest yield of enrolled students from the admitted group.
