Field Training and Sales Support Specialist
Location: Base out of Dallas Texas
Reports to: VP of Sales

As a Field Training Sales Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by providing hands-on training and expert support to our sales teams and dealer network across the country. This role requires a deep understanding of our premium products, along with a passion for educating others and building strong customer relationships. Expected Hours of Work:
This position is full-time. The general scheduled workdays are Monday through Friday.
Position Overview:
The Field Training and Sales Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to ensure that employees, customers, and partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed. The role requires a high level of public speaking, presentation abilities, and a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and culture. This individual will create and maintain training materials, support sales teams, and travel extensively to support on-site training and sales activities. This role will be responsible for our Marvel and U-Line brand.
Responsibilities:
Training Development and Delivery:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, agendas, and materials that align with company objectives.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations both in-person and virtually.
- Ensure that all training content is up-to-date and accurately reflects the company’s product, services, and culture.
Public Speaking and Presentation:
- Present training programs to a variety of audiences, including employees, customers, and sales teams.
- Confidently deliver product and brand training during events, conferences, and client meetings.
Sales Support:
- Partner with the sales team to understand their training needs and provide ongoing support.
- Assist in product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer presentations, offering training on product features and benefits.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding the effectiveness of training programs.
Content Creation:
- Create and maintain training materials including PowerPoint presentations, guides, manuals, and other supporting documentation.
- Ensure training materials are user-friendly, professional, and effective in enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.
Travel and On-Site Support:
- Travel to client sites, trade shows, and company events to provide on-site training and sales support.
- Adapt to different environments and learning styles to deliver effective training in diverse settings.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product innovations.
- Immerse yourself in the company’s products, culture, and brand values to become a subject matter expert.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in training, public speaking, or sales support roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- A positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to fully immerse in brand and product knowledge.
- Ability to work shifts and hours mandated by management and to pass a drug screen.
Working Conditions:
- Remote
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday- Friday
