A fast-growing, purpose-driven company in the home improvement industry is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in financial planning and reporting while partnering with leadership to help drive critical business decisions.

If you love building Excel models from scratch, analyzing trends, and being part of a collaborative finance team that’s making a real impact—this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and update financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

  
  

• Build financial models and forecast revenue/costs

• Track and analyze operational metrics to uncover business insights

  
  

• Perform variance analysis and support data-driven decision making

• Collaborate with accounting and tech teams to improve reporting

  
  

• Build tools and templates in Excel from scratch (no pre-made formats)

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

  
  

• 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role

• Advanced Excel skills — including INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, dynamic models

  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Able to work independently and communicate with leadership
