As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression while managing the day-to-day operations at our front desk.

Pay Range:

$25.50 – $34.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors as they arrive at the front desk.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for staff members.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about our services and policies to clients and visitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficient in using office equipment and software, including MS Office.
