Job Description
As a Mid-Level Developer, your task is to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business needs. The ideal candidate will serve as a first responder for business-critical issues, working independently on solutions while knowing when to engage the broader development team for complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Angular, and related technologies
- Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Document technical solutions and maintain system documentation
- Perform impact analysis for proposed changes and communicate findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in .NET framework and C#
- Hands-on experience with Angular (2+) and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning
- Experience with Entity Framework (both Code-First and Database-First approaches)
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Version control with Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Python programming experience
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services
- Knowledge of Agile development practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with unit testing and test automation
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Good judgment in escalating complex issues when necessary
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for business stakeholders reporting technical issues
- Analyze and resolve production issues independently when possible
- Develop new features and maintain existing functionality in our .NET and Angular applications.
- Work on Python applications and scripts when needed.
- Write and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and maintain database performance
- Collaborate with the development team on larger, more complex initiatives
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on architectural decisions
- Document solutions and maintain technical documentation
