A manufacturing company is seeking an individual who will perform assembly work utilizing lean principles to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled work environment. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Responsibilities: Learn and carry out detailed work instructions Assemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, welding using various hand tools, and bench top pneumatic presses Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions Promote and support a safe working environment Inform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment, or processes Work effectively with others in a team environment Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment Support and promote LEAN operations by following standard work Meet quality assurance requirements and complete documentation associated with same…Assembler, Staffing
