About the role:
Customer Support – Travel Consultant (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Responding to sales leads and providing email and phone support to existing clients
- Managing and updating the CRM and database – recording client information, taking notes on conversations, and following up with clients to obtain any missing details
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, comfortable and confident on the phone, and able to think on your feet
- Previous experience in a sales or support role
- Attention to detail, organized, and reliable
- Must have a quiet home working environment and the ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST.
