  Serve as the primary contact for all guest inquiries via phone and email, escalating as needed and providing service recovery solutions within guidelines Oversee lost and found operations, ensuring PCI compliance, maintaining item tracking, and handling guest inquiries and returns Manage Guest Experience Team equipment inventory, uniform procedures, and team member rewards and recognition programs Assist with scheduling team members, as well as event day preparations Act as a brand ambassador for TD Garden, enhancing guest experiences and fostering a high-performing, service-focused team culture Preform all other duties as assignedMore about you
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent customer service experience Extensive customer or client relations experience, with the ability to drive professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Strong ability to calmly multitask and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and individuals at one time High proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Shift detailsDay shift
