Your role at Hostinger
Head of WordPress Marketing in the Product Marketing team. As part of Hostinger’s Product Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for leading the marketing strategy for our Managed WordPress hosting product. Your expertise and leadership will drive the expansion into new markets and the product’s overall success. In this role, you will take full ownership of marketing activities and directions while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. You will also play a key role in orchestrating a high-performing marketing team, fostering a proactive, responsive, and results-driven culture with a “can-do” attitude.

Your day-to-day
- Develop and implement the marketing vision and strategy for Hostinger’s Managed WordPress hosting product, driving feature adoption and growth
- Monitor performance, identify key trends, and adjust strategies through regular reporting
- Initiate and manage cross-departmental projects to accelerate growth in selected countries, testing and optimizing strategies
- Set and manage investment strategies per country, aligning with overall portfolio goals
- Lead high-performing teams to execute WordPress marketing strategies and meet key business objectives
- Organize and distribute strategic plans, progress reports, and deliverables, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and processes for efficient planning
- Scale, motivate, and grow engaged teams
- Define the scope of marketing initiatives, including timelines, resources, and costs
- Act proactively with a “can-do” attitude to drive growth and achieve business targets
Your skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, digital performance marketing, and partnership management
- Knowledge of WordPress and its ecosystem, with the ability to leverage this expertise for effective marketing strategies is a big plus
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail, including precise and effective written/verbal communication

Compensation
- Gross salary starting from 4600 EUR/month
