We are seeking hard-working, professional, unlicensed and licensed insurance agents to fill the remaining seats in our new Boca Raton office.

Our agents, on average, make $1,500-$4,000 per week. Checks have ranged anywhere from $5,000 – $6,000 during the open enrollment period.
We have a large budget for premium inbound leads and live transfers.

Responsibilities:
Be able to assess the client’s needs, calculate deductibles and premiums, and explain coverages to our clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Work well with others in a tight-knit office environment.
Accurately quote a customer based on their own unique health conditions, needs, and requirements with their best interest in mind.
Requirements:
You must hold an active 2-15 or 2-40 license and have at least 6 months of experience selling health insurance OR experience selling a product in a related high-pressure sales industry other than retail sales.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and hard-working ethic.
Reliable Transportation to and from the office.
Impeccable interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
Base pay of $400 a week plus commission. On average, agents make anywhere from $1,500 – $4,000 per week depending on performance. Top closers have the potential to make more than that.
