Required Skills & Experience
+ Experience supporting Windows based environment
+ Scripting experience is a huge plus
+ background in troubleshooting hardware
+ Active Directory knowledge
+ O365
Daily Responsibilities
+ Administration of IT systems
+ Video Conferencing assistance
+ Computer Installs
+ You can work with remote colleagues as well as vendors to support our customers
