In partnership with the Hotel’s Managing Director, the Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the hotel. This includes overseeing the activities of key guest contact departments including front office, housekeeping, engineering, security, and hotel operations. The Hotel Manager implements and oversees the daily quality process at the hotel, maximizes profitability, and ensures guest and team member satisfaction. This role serves as the top operator in the GM’s absence and consults with owners and corporate offices as required. The Hotel Manager is also responsible for interviewing, counseling, and evaluating staff.
