In the role of HR Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for working on a full range of payroll activities including the timely and accurate processing of all payroll related operations, including local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal and finance guidelines for the company and for the payroll team.

* Responsible for performing analysis of payroll data and harmonization* Handle investigation and analysis of payroll issues to determine the root cause to earmark gaps in already existing solutions and support the development of new measures* Analyze compensation related data including wages and bonuses* Handle payroll transactions e. g. via e banking* Prepare upload files CDGT EIB for processing in Workday Payroll* Good understanding of payroll codes, taxability W2 mapping* Respond professionally to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies as required* Support and comply with all internal external audit, SOX, etc. requirementsBasic Qualification* Minimum of 1 year of multi state payroll processing experiencePreferred Qualifications* Workday Payroll experience* Must understand and be able to perform gross to net calculations* Experience with payroll tax adjustments and W 2 processing* Payroll Certification FPC or CPP desiredProfessional Skills* Must be detail oriented and extremely accurate* Strong math, problem solving and analytical skills* Ability to meet strict processing deadlines, producing accurate results* Ability to maintain a positive mindset and professional demeanor* Strong Excel Skills including VLookup, Pivots MacrosCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
