Human Resources Manager


Job Description

Our company is a leading supplier of various antennas to premiere commercial and defense companies. Because of strong demand and continued growth for our innovative, high performance products, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager.


  • Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures
  • Administer/maintain handbook
  • Maintain affirmative action program
  • Develop and/or administer training programs
  • Administer worker’s compensation and injury reporting
  • Administer 401 (k) Retirement, Health and Welfare Plans, 5500
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Stay current on recent federal, state and case law changes monitor labor law updates for changes that affect HR
  • Responsible for recruiting life cycle.
  • Responsible for immigration
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Employee relations and investigations
  • Exit interviews
  • Prepare and revise job descriptions
  • Salary Range- $110,000 per year



  • Bachelor’s degree and five years’ Human Resource experience
  • Ability to objectively coach employees through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
  • PHR certification preferred
  • Proficiency in California Labor Law
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at persuasiveness and negotiation
  • Very knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite
