To be considered, you must be bi-lingual in Spanish and have union experience.

A degree is preferred but not required. To be considered, you must have 7-10 years of HR Management experience with several in union facilities. In addition to all HR Manager and Generalist functions, you will plan and conduct all labor relations including negotiations, grievances and arbitrations as needed to comply with collective bargaining agreements.
