We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Nassau Bay, Houston, Texas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping a positive and engaging employee experience and driving organizational success through effective HR strategies and initiatives.
Whom You’ll Work With:
As our HR Manager, you’ll work closely with all our staff across the organization, including Directors, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Coordinators, and Data Engineers, helping them to be effective in their roles.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage all core HR functions, including:
- Talent identification and acquisition,
- Employee and 1099 contract development,
- Development and management of work permits,
- Manage training and skills development,
- Coordinate the appraisal and performance reviews,
- Manage compensation and benefits rates,
- Nurture a positive working environment,
- Manage and resolve HR disputes and issues,
- Conduct team-building events,
- Ensure legal compliance with staff policies,
- Function as a member of the company executive team.

- Have a strong understanding of the construction industry and its challenges,
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills,
- Are a proactive and results-oriented problem-solver,
- Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Are adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment,
- Have a passion for developing and mentoring others,
- Possess at least 10 years of progressive HR experience,
- Be an active listener with negotiation and presentation skills,
- Are bilingual (English / Spanish / French / Portuguese),
- Enjoy occasional travel.
