Job Description: Assist and support management with handling and resolving Human Resources issuesAssis managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issuesCreate and maintain new hire and personnel filesMonitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standardsEnsure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.
