In this position, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering training programs to ensure that procedures and regulatory compliance standards are consistently met by all certification staff. Your work will involve collaborating with other departments and coordinating with various agencies and stakeholders. You will conduct research and analysis on ongoing operations and training needs for the certification team while working closely with the policy and procedures unit to communicate the regional certification team’s needs to the Human Services Analyst Supervisor. Additionally, you will provide direct support to regional certification staff by answering questions, ensuring accurate interpretation of certification policies and procedures, and offering technical assistance. You will also identify training needs related to childcare regulations and develop training materials accordingly.
