Day-to-Day

  • An employer is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team local to Glendale, KY. 50% of the time will be sourcing (sending out messages, calling candidates, and interviewing for certain roles) 30% would be onboarding paperwork/processes, and 20% at career events or networking events). This individual will be working on a virtual desktop so need to be technical savvy with a computer. This is a greenfield project, at times there will be less structure than in an established environment and this individual will need to be a self-starter and able to pivot accordingly.
