What You Will Do
- Inspect rework and assembly performed by others, and solder electronic components per IPC-A-610 and J-STD. Complete one’s own rework and assembly as required.
- Articulate and understand written instructions from customer flow down, such as purchase orders and customer technical documentation.
- Read and interpret technical data such as component maintenance manuals (CMMs), assembly/work instructions, and engineering prints.
- Use tools such as solder iron, torque tools, and other assembly equipment.
- Comply with ESD and FOD programs.
- Provide constructive feedback to teammates when corrections are needed.
- Work with minimal oversight and in a multi-discipline team environment, providing insight and solutions to complicated issues both technical and procedural.
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
What You Will Learn
- Gained experience with maintenance repair overhaul inspection processes
- Collaborate with MRO services officers for final inspection service processes.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or In the absence of a HS Diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with electronic assembly/inspection in the aerospace industry
- Experience providing feedback to teammates regarding processes
- Certification of IPC Class III Solder Exam
