Inside Sales Representative – Citrix
Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.
- Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow the business
- Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.
- Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
- Gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Business internship experience is preferred
- You have interest in software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales
- Interest in selling SaaS
- Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and capacity to upsell&cross-sell.
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and constant proactive approach.
- Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitor’s preferred

Work Arrangement
For candidates in Colorado; Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
For candidates in other states; Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Hiring Range
$58,800.00 – $82,000.00 OTE

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
