Job Description:
- Managing executive calendar, requiring interaction with internal and external executives and assistants to schedule variety of business meetings
- Independently creating well-organized, grammatically correct memos and reports for distribution to members of various departments
- Heading up a number of special projects to be assigned during the duration of the internship
- Using various software applications such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate, and/or format data and/or reports
- Maintaining highest level of confidentiality
- Conducting various property walks and inspections
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Any Property Management related experience is an asset
- Minimum 2 years post secondary education
- Currently enrolled in University Degree in Commercial Real Estate or Property Management related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
