Duties:
- Monitor and confirm daily transaction accuracy and correct as required
Assist with:
-
Cycle counts
-
Stocking, pulling parts
-
Parts and machinery shipments
-
Orders for machinery
-
Orders for parts sales
-
Process RGA parts
-
LOCAL bin location accuracy as well as inventory off site
-
Monitor transactions and inventory flow
-
Yearly physical inventory
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year or more of inventory experience
- Detail oriented
- Ability to follow procedures for inventory control
- Proficient English communication and writing skills
- Fluent in Spanish, preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer software (Microsoft)
- Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime
- Excellent problem solving skills
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Ability to interact constructively with all levels of employees
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
- Ability to work in a high-pressure atmosphere while maintaining strong communication within the team
- Good knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical drive components a plus
- Knowledge of shipping methods, requirements & procedures for domestic & international shipments using FedEx, UPS, LTL Trucking, via air and ship.
