Job Description:3+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling startup organizationStrong experience working with Boolean search strings. Identify and attract world-class talent. Proven experience in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and internal ATS like CEIPALDefine and execute talent acquisition strategies across a broad spectrum of technical roles. Versatile with the ability to work on a variety of different technical roles at onceExperience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boardsExperience working with an internal ATS – CEIPALA history of recruiting for roles in the Information Technology Industry.
Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles.
