A data whiz that understands how KPIs are tied to behaviors within an organization. We re looking for someone who approaches training from a consultative approach, someone who can listen to and understand the needs of the department they are helping. This role requires someone with a strong background in evaluation and analysis to chart the best course of action and produce a learning intervention to address operational issues. The Learning and Development Specialist will conduct Needs Assessments, develop training plans and programs, track, monitor and evaluate the success of the programs and pivot, as necessary.

Job Functions: Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes Review deliverables for accuracy and quality Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help the Shryne Group personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow Design and implement employee development programs from the ground up to ensure that our employees are knowledgeable of our processes, product capabilities, the industry in which we exist, and all the many nuances Specific training responsibilities include new employee onboarding, ongoing product training, and technical skill development Design a mentoring program for employees; develop curriculum that encourages, guides, and assists participants in their personal and professional growth and mentoring relationships Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems Monitor and ensure alignment between professional development programs, established goals, budget utilization, and learning program priorities Serve as an expert advisor in learning and development strategies, creating innovative solutions and recommending best practices Propose, monitor and manage related budget Deliver training as necessary
Qualifications: Minimum 21 years of age Must possess a valid California driver s license Must be able to travel by car and willingness to travel by air (travel is compensated according to the Company s policy) Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Comfortable working variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be able to be on call to respond to the needs of the business
