Positions we are hiring for:
Service Manager:
What you will be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Provide expert knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair
- Oversee daily operations, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and work order schedules
- Ensure 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies (e.g., snow and ice)
- Partner with office team to deliver exceptional service to residents
- Manage maintenance inventory and ensure high standards through regular building and vacant unit inspections
Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annual salary, plus comprehensive employee benefits and exclusive discounts!
Service Technician:
What you will be doing:
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues in HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
- Ensure the property’s interior and exterior meet company standards and legal requirements
- Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff on work status
- Work in an on-call rotation with night and weekend flexibility
Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour, plus comprehensive employee benefits and exclusive discounts!
