Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Production Worker.

Position type: Full-time – Contract
Duration: 2+ Months
Location: Denver, CO 80216

As a Manufacturing Production Worker, you will:

• Skilled operation of equipment and tasks involved with each of the job areas.
• Follow all safety work practices and adhere to plant “Good Manufacturing Practices”.
• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure production of a quality product in compliance with Company, Federal and State guidelines.
• Some experience with basic sanitation tasks required from production equipment.
• Training provided for specific pieces of equipment.
• Attention to detail in the following order Safety, Quality and Efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior manufacturing experience working in a production environment is preferred but not required.
• Candidates who have previous experience with operating fillers and/or packaging equipment is ideal.
• The environment may be hot or cold depending on the time of the year and location of equipment in the plant.
• Accurately document process results and equipment downtimes.
• Willingness to follow Standard Operating Procedures and Supervisor instructions.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs. at various times during the shift.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, ascending/descending stairs and ladders.
• Previous forklift or power pallet hack certification is a nice to have.
• Candidates must qualify onsite for forklift and electric pallet jack certification

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Rate: $18 – $21.80 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
