As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing marketing strategies for Hungary. Your role involves driving brand recognition and business growth within the country through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives based on centralized input and assets. You will be the key figure in adapting international marketing strategies to resonate with the local market, ensuring that our brand message is effective and culturally relevant and driving demand for our solutions.
In this role you will;
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the country’s market needs and opportunities.
- Lead all marketing activities within the country, including digital marketing, events, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the international & regional marketing’s team (especially Integrated Marketing Managers) to align local strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Analyze local market trends and customer insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with partners, and vendors to maximize marketing impact.
- Oversee the country’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
What we are looking for;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate independently in a country-specific context.
- Deep understanding of the Hungary market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Ability to adapt global marketing strategies to fit local market needs effectively.
- Ability to work in a matrix reporting environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global and local teams.
To be successful in this role we believe you have;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with specific experience in managing marketing strategies for a specific country.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Experience in digital marketing, events management, and public relations within the market.
- Excellent written and spoken Hungarian language, and work proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience working in a multi-national organization.
