Responsibilities
- Design attracting posting to capture audience attendance
- Consistently anticipate future stories and postings
- Respond to messages on all social media platforms
- Gauging audience receptivity and developing strategies for inspiring our followers
- Developing and implementing campaign marketing on all social media platforms
- Conduct market research for development of posts, though some content will be provided
- Engaging with relevant social media trends and popular platforms to expand and enrich company s outreach
- Creating a clear Social Media calendar with the postings for all social media platforms
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor(s) degree preferred, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
- 2-5 years minimum experience in Social Media management, Adobe Suite/Premiere
- Ability to work and execute assignments independently and by proposed deadlines
- Ability to work 30-40 hours throughout the week, virtually and designated locations
- Problem-solving, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are very important
- Strong proficiency in Social Media usage, e-mail applications, mobile applications, and the internet
- Experience in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Ability to use video and graphics to create content for social media and other media platforms (YouTube, etc)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Graphic skills are a plus
- Videography, Video Editing are a plus
