Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify trends that impact the Merchandising team through sales, inventory, current market and customer data.

• Develop and manage tools supporting business rhythm and measuring product performance.

• Support vendor management by maintaining shared dashboards, monitoring vendor-related news and organizing content for vendor meetings.

• Leverage data analytics tools to organize, summarize and visualize data into meaningful insights that inform Merchandising plans and initiatives.

• Collaborate across other departments on pricing, inventory management, new products and sales initiatives to drive Merchandising program results.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree.

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing/ Merchandising, Finance or Analytics.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail.

• Strong intellectual curiosity and affinity for numbers.
