Office Assistant Any

Our client is the Family Office of the founder of a prestigious hedge fund. They are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join the team. This position is fully on site in Princeton, New Jersey.

Job Details

• Answer phones, route calls with discretion, and manage inquiries
• Assist with meetings and event coordination, including vendor management
• Perform general administrative tasks and data entry, including expense reporting
• Provide backup support for Executive Administrative Assistants
• Manage office inventory and order supplies in cooperation with Facilities
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and day-to-day responsibilities, as necessary
• Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
• Salary: $60-65k annually, based on experience

Skills & Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• 2+ years’ experience in an administrative/office support role
• Family office or financial services office experience, highly preferred
• Highest level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
