Job Description
1) Mail forward scanned mail to claim coordinator or Supervisor
2) EDD forms- process online
3) TTD/TPD weekly report
4) Create Weekly Claim Review and update information after team meeting
5) SNOW cases- save all benefit extensions and change notifications
6) Assist Ana Serrano with the following tasks:
a. Work status:
i. Check web portal
ii. If not in web portal: Contact medical clinic
b. Email work status to department with cc: Ana Serrano
c. Follow up with department and request modified duty form
d. If department cannot accommodate, forward to Ana for interactive dialogue
7) Assist Ana with return to work tasks (to be determined)
*****Primarily looking for someone with an administrative background, but insurance and/or WC/Disability experience or background highly preferred.

COVID VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:
o PROOF OF FULL COVID VACCINATION + BOOSTER
BOOSTER:
o Minimum timeframe Six (6) months after your primary series, either a second dose of Pharmaceutical or Moderna; two (2) months after receiving a Johnson & Johnson single dose. Ages 16 and older.
o You will have a 30-day grace period to receive your booster after your primary series.
o If you completed the Pharmaceutical or Moderna primary series, you are required to receive a booster no later than seven (7) months after your second dose.
o If you completed the Pharmaceutical single dose, you are required to receive a booster no later than three (3) months after your single dose.
o Additional restrictions will be in effect on January 31, 2022 for individuals who have not met the booster requirement.
o A) Unvaccinated individuals with previously approved medical or religious exemptions may retain exemption from the booster requirement. Regular COVID-19 testing cadence is once per week for unvaccinated individuals
MEDICAL/RELIGIOUS-TESTING OPTION:
o PROOF OF NEGATIVE COVID TEST WITHIN 72HRS OF REPORTING
o TESTING TO BE REPEATED EVERY ONCE PER WEEK WHILE ON ASSIGNMENT
