Office Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a distribution company in Scottsdale who is seeking a full time Office Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operations of our office. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with a pay range of $20/hr-$22/hr DOE.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate areas
  • Maintain and update office files and records
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office support role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
