Part Time Sales Associate
We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. We are a local boutique focused on helping our clients and community meet their style and gifting needs.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.


Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Cross-sell products
Learn and develop excellent product knowledge to assist customers
Provide customer feedback to the team
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Complete opening/closing procedures and tasks as directed by management with a guest focus
Perform register transactions quickly and efficiently
Skills
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate
Understanding of the retail sales process
Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Flexibility to step into various tasks as needed
Ability to create content for daily social media posts
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
Part Time Position with availability on some weekdays, Monday thru Friday with work hours varying between 10am – 6pm and one Saturday a month if needed.

This position can offer 15-26 hours per week depending on needs.
