TEKsystems is hiring a Patient Scheduler for a large healthcare company in Indianapolis!
This is an onsite position with future remote flexibility – candidates outside of Indianapolis & surrounding areas will not be considered.
Shift: M-F 8a-5p
Description:
- Accountable for scheduling appointments
- Follow and reinforce all policies for case scheduling
- Communicate information for each scheduled appointment
- Accountable for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 2+ year(s) of call center experience
- Interest in making healthcare a long-term career
- Bubbly personality
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Strong job history
- Empathy and compassion skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $16.00/hr.
Workplace Type
This is a hybrid position in Indianapolis,IN.
