Looking for a part time Payroll Clerk that can work in a small office on-site in Studio City and can learn to do other tasks. This person must be trustworthy and confidential as they will be responsible for looking over what their coworkers are making each paycheck, timesheets, and edits. There are 85 employees on payroll, and the pay period is weekly on Thursdays. This person can be trained but must have one year of payroll experience, know Excel and Microsoft Word, have organizational and interpersonal communication skills. This is a 100% on-site in Studio City, part-time, three days a week (Mon, Tues, and Wed ideally, possibly could switch Wednesday). If you have a finance background, you can be trained to do other tasks as well. There will be files that need to be processed and mail as well. You will handle benefits wage garnishment issues as well. This is a great part time payroll clerk position with potential to go temp to hire. You will be one of three people in the accounting department.
