Shamin Hotels is Virginias largest hotel management company owning and operating over 70 hotels and we are continuing to grow! We are looking to add a dynamic associate to our payroll team.
As one of ourpayroll clerks, you will ensure that all hotel accounting functions are performed accurately and on a timely basis.The Payroll Clerk will update payroll records as required (i.e. job title changes, pay actions, etc), calculating necessary deductions from pay for taxes, social security, unemployment, workers compensation, or other required deductions (such as health insurance, LWOP, etc.), maintain records, process W-2s to employees, and provide customer service to associates who call with payroll questions.
