Description
- Facilitate strategy with understanding of regulatory and compliance components
- Process high volume payroll
- Work closely with the global payroll team
- Work hands-on while verifying and ensuring integrity of payroll
- Ensure proper processing of multi-state and global payroll
- Oversee, implement, and review internal and external audits and compliance
Profile
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in payroll, processing high volume (1,500+) payroll
- Previous law firm experience preferred
- Experience with a payroll processing system, ideally ADP or workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of workers comp, LOA, FMLA, etc.
