You will be a key collaborator and leader within a payroll department that manages time and attendance entries for approximately 12,000 employees using the HBS Payroll System. The department handles over $51 million in payroll each fiscal year for a bi-weekly payroll cycle. You will be responsible for leading payroll production processing, training and mentoring staff, and delivering excellent customer service to health system entities, including Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center, Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, and Tiverton House. You will serve as a primary resource for system payroll policies, while providing expertise in UCLA Health collective bargaining agreements of represented employees, and policies affecting non-represented staff.
