Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, you will work as a part of the team to ensure patients receive specialty medication in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service. Will be working in cubicles on calls/ like a call center environment. In order to be successful in the role you must accurately enter prescription information, contact patients to arrange delivery or set a pickup date via phone, correspond with prescribers to clarify prescription information, prepare orders for delivery/shipping, maintain adequate inventory, resolve insurance issues and assist with prior authorizations. Job RequirementsQualifications: 6 months pharmacy customer service, retail, call center experience.
