1st shift – Pick and Pack Associate w/ Forklift
Responsibilities:
Join our team at a Distribution Center in Lenexa, KS, as a Pick and Pack Associate. In this essential role, you will contribute to the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay: $19 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Duties:
- Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders.
- Packing: Ensure items are packed securely and labeled correctly for shipping.
- Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with shipping carriers.
- Forklift Operation: Utilize forklift for efficient movement of materials (Forklift experience required).
- Quality Control: Check orders for accuracy and completeness before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines during warehouse activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Efficiency: Contribute to the efficient and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Qualifications:
- Forklift Experience: Previous experience operating a forklift is required.
- Order Fulfillment: Knowledge of order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members for overall operational success.
- Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Safety Conscious: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
