Pierre Chevrolet of Seattle is looking for an outgoing, responsible, and motivated full-time Receptionist for our fast-paced car dealership. The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule, extroverted personality and can start right away.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
– Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
– Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
– Assist with data entry and maintaining records
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Experience:
– Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
– Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong proofreading and data entry skills
– Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
– Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
– Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
