Primary Care Physician – MD or DO

- Full-time; M-Th 9-5, and F 8-4; occasional on call

Primary Care Physician Requirements
- Unrestricted License to Practice as an MD/DO in the State of Texas
- Experience as a practicing Family Practice Physician or Primary Care Practitioner (preferred)
- Bilingual – English and Spanish (preferred)
- On-Site Based in Austin, TX
Primary Care Physician Scope of Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to accentuate preventive care, wellness, and chronic condition management
- Deliver appropriate documentation to minimally include history, physical exam findings, diagnosis, definitive care plan, and disposition of the patient
- Prescribe medications or treatments as medically indicated
- Work to anticipate care interventions before escalating
- Maintain patient visits encompassing medical history, exam, diagnosis, and plan of action in the electronic health record
- Optimize the quality of patient experience through an integrative approach to health and wellness
- follow-up with patients to assist with the next steps and assure their needs have been met
- Work in conjunction with a team of clinical professionals to administer personalized, preventative care
