Our client in Nashville, Illinois is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
- Operate packaging, filling, and labeling equipment
- Set up production lines based on schedules and supervisor input.
- Monitor and ensure product quality through spot-checks and audits.
- Adhere to Safe Quality Food (SQF) regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
What’s Needed?
- Mechanically inclined with manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift 65 lbs independently and push product carts up to 100 lbs.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail, good attendance, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
