Consistently communicate problems or needs with the supervisor and the assistant supervisor, and communicate with all team members. Work closely with team members to be more efficient, troubleshooting problems and helping find new or better solutions, ask for help when needed.

Provided is the pay rate for this position which is $24.00per hour, plus 2 nd shift differential of $0.60/h and 3 rd shift differential of $0.70/h and. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus.

The targeted bonus amount can be up to TARGET BONUS%of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
