The RoleResponsible for operating all production equipment managing scrap and maintaining high productivity levels. Employees sustain a positive team environment, a focus on Safety, Quality Assurance, and Efficiency. Compensation: Wage: $24.41 an hour Shift: Day shift 5:45am – 2:00pm Swing shift 1:45pm – 10:00pm Graveyard shift 9:45pm – 6:00am There will be a $.90 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift Training is completed on 1st shift. Job Duties: Run efficient production lines, problem-solving to ensure products meet quality specifications, including checking product and equipment frequently, making immediate adjustments or changes to lines when needed.

Keep lines and production floor clean and free of debris and stocked for the incoming shift. Consistently communicate problems or needs with supervisor and assistant supervisor and communicate with all team members. Work closely with team members to be more efficient, troubleshooting problems and helping find new or better solutions, ask for help when needed. Participate in and promote safety, quality, continuous improvement events and ideas.

Annual incentive bonus can be as much as 21% of annual wages. Provided is the pay rate for this position which is $24.41 per hour, plus 2nd and 3rd shift differential of $.90/hr. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus.

The targeted bonus amount can be up to 7% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
