We are searching for a Director, Project Management Office (PMO) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
Your Role:
As head of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Director, PMO is responsible for leading key project management initiatives and programs across the organization. In this role, you will develop, prioritize, and execute projects that enhance top line growth and improve operational efficiencies. The Director, PMO will partner with key stakeholders across Business Units and Functions utilizing project management frameworks, functional knowledge (e.g., commercial, finance, procurement, IT, etc.), program/project management skills and change management principles. You will also lead all governance and reporting for “Reyvolution,” our collection of $100M+ growth, innovation, and cost savings programs across the entire company. You will have the opportunity to:
- Define the organization’s project management methodology (PMO) and establish processes for tracking and delivering projects.
- Lead the implementation of methodologies throughout the department and communicates process to business units.
- Lead the development of tools for project planning, execution, project management, ongoing milestone/deliverable tracking, communications, and key performance metrics.
- Partner with Business Transformation Team in ensuring optimization and consistency within all processes and tools. Utilize Continuous Improvement capabilities: PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, data analysis and workshop facilitation.
- Lead and develop at least one direct report.
- Work directly with senior business leaders, up to and including our executive lead team.
- Gather requirements, define, and document business processes/procedures using workflow modeling techniques and standardized documentation templates.
- Manage vendor and consulting relationships and negotiate project-related contract services.
- Ensure vendor delivery and manage on-going external relationships.
- Engage leaders and cross-functional teams through effective collaboration to define the intent, outcomes, and scope for the projects.
- Ensure RCP’s commitments to respect and inclusion are attained.
- Follow established procedures for tracking multiple projects concurrently.
- Create and implement a change management plan to ensure engagement and commitment from all key stakeholders.
- Build program related content for effective stakeholder communications to drive visibility, clarity, alignment & decision making.
- Develop effective measurements/ROI on all projects and report on progress on a regular basis.

We need you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification.
- Advanced expertise in MS Office tools.
- Experience leading large complex projects and facilitating large workshops/ sessions.
- Intellectual Curiosity.
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- People leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risk and proactively address obstacles to meet/exceed project goals.
- Ability to translate business objectives into tactical actions and make sound business decisions under time pressure.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Icing on the cake:
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
- MBA or similar advanced degree.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing and/or Consumer-Packaged Goods industry, a plus.
- Corporate Strategy experience, a plus.
